Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisor
- Manage and resolve customer complaints/queries
- Ad hoc tasks
- Provide service information to a customer
- Obtain client information and update database
- Target related outbound calls
Salary negotiable per experience.
